Terms of Service

These terms are a basic operating framework for the current version of MyPlanAgent. They are intentionally conservative and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MyPlanAgent, including the website, application, generated plan outputs, and related services.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the Service Does

MyPlanAgent helps users create structured business plan drafts using user-provided inputs, automated research steps, financial tables, charts, and downloadable documents.

The service is intended to help users prepare drafts for review, discussion, and revision outside the product workflow. It is not a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, investment, lending, or other regulated professional advice.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Outcome

Use of the service does not guarantee funding, lending, grant approval, visa approval, regulatory acceptance, investment, commercial success, or any other outcome.

Any business plan created through the service should be independently reviewed before it is shared, relied upon, or submitted to any lender, investor, grant program, advisor, government body, or other reviewer.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

5. User Inputs and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the inputs, assumptions, uploaded or submitted content, and factual claims you provide to the service.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content, data, or confidential material you provide. Do not submit unlawful content or third-party confidential information unless you are authorized to do so.

6. Output Use

You may use the outputs generated for your internal planning, client work, and business review purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

Because outputs are generated from automated systems and third-party sources, they may contain errors, omissions, outdated assumptions, or formatting issues. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, probe or disrupt the service, bypass subscription or quota controls, or submit malicious or deceptive content.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid access is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, taxes, and payment handling may be managed through third-party payment and billing providers.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds, if any, are subject to the applicable payment-provider flow, our support handling, and any non-waivable law that applies to the transaction.

9. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, model routing, file formats, or service availability at any time.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or permanent availability of any feature, model, integration, or generated file.

10. Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, identity, analytics, storage, and model execution. Their availability and behavior may affect the service.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and suitability for any submission, financing, or review process.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
